Leadership | Dereck Haye
Dereck Haye (CTO) co-founded Custodian in 2010 and is primarily responsible for coordinating Custodian's efforts to provide next-generation security operations.
Before co-founding Custodian, Dereck was responsible for enterprise clients at the EMEA Security Operations Center of Unisys in Hoofddorp, enabling a more proactive methodology for the security operations model. Dereck shifted towards a more proactive "hunt and resolve"-approach instead of the usual "detect and escalate"-method.
Dereck has been certified three times at the renowned SANS Institute, showing his understanding for increasingly sophisticated attacks. Dereck's experience and interpersonal skills make him a highly sought-after experts in the field of security monitoring.
